GH Phipps Culture of Lean

GH Phipps over the last decade has been focused on building a company culture of Lean.  As a company, what does that mean? How did GH Phipps accomplish it?

Todd graduated from CSU and began his career at GH Phipps as an estimator. Over the course of his 26-year career, he has steadily advanced through various roles, including Preconstruction Project Manager, Director of Preconstruction, and now President. Throughout his career, Todd has provided preconstruction services for several major projects, including the $143 million Children’s Hospital Colorado East Tower Addition, the $70 million Platte Valley Medical Center, and the $61 million Boulder Community Hospital, among many others.
