The owners, designers and contractors for the new Demeter 4.0 Millwork Manufacturing facility had a goal to create an optimized space to continue creating high end products and minimizing waste.  This fourth iteration of the Demeter facility will include high bay space and robotic components along with an on-site office for the team.

• Construction phase measures to eliminate waste
• Automation in facility operation
