Creating Flow - How to Speed Past Roadblocks on the Jobsite

The number one type of waste experienced on jobsites is waiting. Construction teams and crews often can spend valuable days/weeks/months waiting on hand-offs, RFI Responses, Submittal Information and countless others.  These items are Roadblocks to your efforts of building. Imagine how much happier project teams would be if we could eliminate that waste?  Join us to learn about and practice proven ways to overcome roadblocks with Jobsite Flow so that you can start being happier tomorrow: Daily Huddles, 5S and compressing communication even if you are not on an integrated team. This event continues the LCI Chicago Community of Practice’s journey of Bridging the Gap between office and field, and our commitment to better integrating between construction and design.
