  With more than 17 years of expertise in managing capital projects within the life science and manufacturing sectors. Combining his dedication to delivering optimal value to clients by integrating robust project controls with lean methodologies. His lean journey started six years ago, resulting in several successful projects that have reaped the rewards of implementing methodologies such as the LPS and TVD among others. Ryan is deeply committed to assisting peers and clients on their journeys.
• Melissa Vasquez, CRB
  Melissa is a Construction Project Director with 30+ years of experience.  She began her lean journey over 10 years ago.  She is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, eliminating waste, and client satisfaction.
