A3 Hands-On Workshop

Have you heard of the A3?  It’s a Lean Problem-Solving Tool that we’re obsessed with!  It is similar to using the scientific method to solve a problem by digging deep to unearth the root cause.  You evaluate and repeat, continuously improving the process.  If you’d like to learn how to use the A3 Tool, come join us for an A3 Hands-On Workshop where we’ll work through an A3 in small breakout teams and analyze our results.

 

 

Speaker:

Jessica Vines, P.E. LEED, Affiliated Engineers, Inc. is a mechanical project engineer and project manager at AEI who has a passion for continuous improvement. She has a written and collaborated on a multitude of A3’s and knowledge briefs. Jessica is known for testing the waters and pushing the boundaries. The A3 is a tool that she has found successful in change management. When she isn’t shaking things up, you’ll find her spending time with her 21 month old daughter and husband or fitting in a workout.
