Intro to IPD/IFOA Contracts

Ever wonder what the acronym IPD stands for?  IFOA contract?  Lean tools… Are they all the same?  Why is this IPD project so much better than the current project I am working on?  What is the secret sauce to having a “Lean” project?  Come gain an understanding of Lean/IPD/IFOA principles and tools that are applicable to your current project.  This class will teach the basics of an IFOA contract, Lean Tools, behaviors and what it means to be on an IPD project.  Guests will learn new tools to implement immediately on their projects and less adversarial, progressive ways to contract.
