Walk the active Banner Thunderbird expansion site and see work where it actually happens. Focus on Lean tools in real use on an IFOA project, not theory and not slides. Hear what is working, what is not, and what teams adjusted in the field. Ask questions on site, challenge assumptions, and steal ideas you can use on your projects. You already talk about Lean all the time. When was the last time you watched it play out in boots and a hard hat?

The site is located near Thunderbird Road & 55th Ave in Glendale. Parking is located at 5601 W. Eugie, Glendale, AZ 85304 and the big room trailers are north of the parking lot.

PPE is required on this site. Please wear long pants, boots or hard soled shoes, bring a safety vest, hard hat, and safety glasses. We cannot accommodate exceptions to safety therefore we will have to turn away visitors in shorts, flip flops, high heels, etc. so please dress accordingly for a construction site.

Park across the street & meet in the big room trailer.

Water will be provided on site.

PPE will be required but we’ll have some spare vests, hard hats, and safety glasses but will not have spare shoes/pants/etc.
