Good Collaboration & Culture - What it Looks Like to Keep it on a Jobsite
The session focuses on the core drivers of jobsite performance: clean handoffs, clear roles and ownership, disciplined communication rhythms, and respectful conflict management under pressure. Participants will see where execution typically breaks down—missed cues between trades and functions, assumptions in place of confirmation, blame-based language, and reactive leadership behaviors—and what “good” looks like in measurable, repeatable actions: explicit ownership, early issue escalation without penalty, clear definitions of “ready” and “done,” and reliable commitments that teams can plan around.
