Welcome Back Happy Hour

The Lean Construction Institute is thrilled to announce the return of the Austin Community of Practice (CoP). The new Core Team of Sam Lichmira from Project Management Advisors, Kevin Howie from McCarthy Building Companies, and Todd Johnson from Turner Construction Company would like to welcome everyone to reintroduce themselves, catch up with old acquaintances, and forge new connections within the local lean community. Our goal is to listen to the local market’s demand for lean so that we can tailor the remainder of '24 and '25 to fulfill the market's needs.
