Enroll in this virtual training to obtain your Adult Mental Health First Aid certification. The class consists of a 6.5-hour on-line course and approximately 90 minutes of pre-work.

Each session is limited to 30 participants. As a condition of the National Council on Mental Wellbeing,  participants must be US residents to be eligible to take this training.

Nonmembers - $170

The certification must be renewed every three years.

Participants will learn:

• Common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges
• How to support a person in a mental health crisis
• Ways to connect a person with appropriate help and resources
• Strategies to assist a person thinking about suicide

Please note, that registration for each program will close 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. This is necessary to allow time for the participants to complete the pre-work necessary prior to the training date.
